It has already been a month, or even longer and I still haven't received the refund. I've shared my bank statement as requested as well and I have yet to get a proper response. I've attempted to communicate through WhatsApp, GMail and nothing seems to be working. I'm literally telling everybody about this issue, and believe me.
I say I have a huge friend circle who are regular customers on urbanic as well, (heaven knows the amount of times the lot of us have twined outfits from this app). 24 hours is all you have Urbanic, I've waited long enough, have been polite for long enough, I refuse to any longer.
