I ordered few products from urbanic which I wanted to use on my vacations. The products were showing to be delivered with fast delivery mode and the dates were okay for me. But those were delayed and delivered during my absence when I had already left for my holidays. I did not even receive any notification of the delivery. I returned to Bangalore ok 5th of dec and then I received the parcels from the security.

So the clothes are not of my use anymore as the purpose of ordering was wasted. Moreover these are not even fitting . So I want to return them but they are saying that return window is closed. How could have I returned when I was not in town. They are not considering this. It was due to their delay that I could not receive the product in time. So pls help.
