Hi we got the ac installation from urban company. The very first mistake is the technician did not arrive on time. He was supposed to come by 3pm but after calling and follow ups he arrived at 6 pm and did wrong installation and left. After sometime we observed heavy water leakage from indoor unit and we could not use appliance at all also we were scared if something happens to appliance because of this issue. Then we raised warranty and they were failed to send the person who installed. They sent other person and he made temp adjustments and left , after that also we were seeing water leakage. He also didn't response after that.
Again i had to contact and made so many follow ups then they sent one more person , he came and said this has to be re installed again and he cant do that for free as its under warranty. 5 days passed already. Again i reached to support team and every time they are saying they will get back by so and so time bit they never updated anything until i tech out to them. And they keep saying something again and again that there is no update and i will have to wait why the hell that i have to wait for more than a week for their mistake.
Then i asked for refund for uninstall+ reinstall+ screws and tapes cost that we paid during installation+ definitely there will be gas reduction due to uninstall and install again so i asked for refund of all these damages , still no response. Why the hell i should wait so many day wasting my time and energy. Apart from that wall damage , appliance also 3 people removed and checked, who will bear it if al something is wrong with appliance later. I need refund for everything and not getting proper answer.
