I have booked a move-in bathroom cleaning service to get my washroom cleaned and the person who came ended up making scratches on my new washroom tiles,upon asking about the marks he said they are epoxy stains and aren’t going. I was not happy with the service so he said he’ll cancel the booking.

I had someone from outside come to clean the washroom and they said they can clean it because they are not epoxy stains but scratch marks from the machine used by the urban company person. They have completed ruined my new washroom. There are marks everywhere in the washroom.

I have tried contacting the urban company customer care team but even they aren’t of any help, they are saying they’ll initiate 100 coins in my account but that will no where compensate for the damage they have caused. I tried explaining it to him but he only says that since the booking was canceled we can’t do anything.They are not even providing the person’s number so I can contact him.
