Damaged caused to water filter

I have taken service from.Urban company and the partner has come and replaced all the filters and after thst every 30 days my filter gives me trouble and stopped working.The UC partners are in experienced and use low quality products to provide fix.
This caused to purchase a new filter for 15000 rupees.I want a serious action to be taken against UC and the partner who has caused a loss of 20k and putting my family health under risk.
