I booked an AC service on 28 April and the service person put a long black stain on my wall while cleaning the AC. It is a dirty water drip mark starting from top of the wall where AC is fixed and goes till the bottom. The AC person tried to clean it but couldn't.
Upon putting a complaint, support staff from Urban Company first tried to deny that there is any stain on wall. After 4-5 days and multiple calls, they tried to close the case by offering 100 UC coins. When I insisted that my property has been damaged and I want to get that repaired, they offered me 500 UC coins.
Now they are behaving rudely and continuously calling me asking me to accept the 500 UC and shut the case. One representative even told me that it's a small stain and wall gets fixed within 500 Rs.
They are not raising my concern to the proper escalation matrix and continuously bothering me.
