My name is Michelle Dunne and 8 had requested for deep kitchen cleaning amounting to INR 1398 on the 12th of January 2023 which was rescheduled ti a later timing so i had to cancel it and am still awaiting for my refund and i have all my chats with the Urban Company customer care executive on my number then i again booked the same deep kitchen cleaning on the 18th of Jan 2023 for INR 1398 and this was resheded by Urban company now they have blocked my account so that i cannot contact them so now i will definitely file a legal case against them and take them to task for fraud.
