I'm writing this complaint against a company named 'urban company'. Due to shifting of house, we had to attach air conditioner and also decided to clean that, hence we called the technicians of 'urban company'.

They have the worst electricians ever. The company claims it has professional technicians,which is totally vague. We just asked them to clean the fans of air-conditioner b ut they removed blower, motor etc.,

And they sprayed water,which totally damaged the motherboard and motor of the ac. We want a new air conditioner from the company. Our air-conditioner was totally fine and they destroyed it.

Hence we want a new one. We aren't in a state to buy a new one. Hope this complaint will be seen.
