The urban company,
Dear team,
I have serviced my split ac dt 10/04/2022 by an engineer Azim. Engineer has checked all parameters like pressor/Gas/coils. As per his feedback everything is fine. Cooling is perfectly okay and he shared vedios to urban company.
But After service there is an issue in compressor off and on again and again. So requested urban company for revisit. Engineer visited date 19/04/2022 by Sr. Engineer Mr. Nagendra Maurya. Checked issues and found all okay.
Again we have requested urban company to revisit engineer but they refused to align engineer and told me to log fresh booking so I booked the new case again dated 15/05/2022. Finally engineer Azhar Hussain visited my house and checked parameter and informed us the gas need to fill. After checking leakage told that complete coil panel need to replace as permanent solution and provided estimated amount Rs 8000/-
Here my concern to urban company that why I must pay for engineer’s fault? When all parameter of my AC is okay before servicing and at the time of revisiting.
Why they have done such service so that gas leakaged and coil panel gone faulty.
Here as per my knowledge and belief all issues are created by engineers (serviced) and engineer(revisited). And not reported to urban company on time.
Thus customer has to face consequences and has to pay estimated amount that is Rs 8000/- (gas filling, complete coil panel etc)
