I have booked my flight tickets from bangluru to jharsuguda on 22nd April worth 5078 rupees. They called me and told that ticked could not booked due to PNR generation issue. Your amount will refund in 15 working days on 6th May.
I tried to call their customer care number. It keeps waiting for 30-40 minutes then call got disconnected. I found many people on social media complaining the same.
Please do the needful.
