I have booked my flight tickets from travolook.in back in January 2022. They have cancelled my 2 tickets with the reason that PNR number from Airlines not assigned and deducted 7,000 approx for 2 two tickets and confirmed that the refund would be initiated within 7 working days in the same mode of payment. Since that time I continuously call them for the refund and they said the refund has been initiated in the wallet and I can't see any refund in any wallet.

Now they are saying that the site is under maintenance however no refund is showing in the wallet and request 7 to 10 working days to reflect the refund. It's been 5 months already and they always said the site is under maintenance and requested more time.

Now I'm fed up looking for my refund which they have deducted earlier. I'm more than 100 percent sure it's a fraud company and they will never refund that amount. Completely unacceptable. Please help me to get my refund. I have all the details and REF number for those 2 tickets.
