Non Receipt Of Refund; Travo Look

Tried to book a ticket on 12th November '21 from Mumbai to Calicut. The ticket is processed and money deducted from my account and then got a call from Travolook customer care saying that due to system error the ticket is not booked and the money will be refunded to my account.
I am continuously following up with their customer care through phone and email since then and till date the money is not refunded. Every time when I call up they give false commitment that the money will be refunded within 7-8 days.
No I am at loss to get the money. I am desperately need my money back.
