Ticket Booking Scam; Travo Look

I booked a ticket from Banglore to Hydrabad through travolook website. Money was debited but transaction was "processing". Immediately Got a call from travolook saying there was a technical issue and ticket was not book and amount will be refunded with 7 days.
Waited for 10 days and called them again to know the status. They said they are facing some technical difficulty and it will take another 7 days. Its been 30 days now still i have not got any refunds.
Today i called and they say same story, they are facing technical difficulty and not able to process the refund.
