I had booked a flight on 20th July 2022 for the dates 22 July 2022 from Bangalore to Mumbai and Mumbai to Bangalore the same day. As I had some meeting. So when I booked they charged me 16217 and after booking I didn’t get confirmation later it got cancelled in 30 mins and I received a call from them saying it got cancelled and they’ll initiate a refund.

They had told I’ll receive my money in 7 to 10 days. I called after a week they told it would be refunded in 7 to 10 working days and asked me to wait. I waited and it’s been more than 20 days now I didn’t receive any refund and it’s very frustrating talking to them as they are saying it will be refunded in this coming Tuesday from two weeks.

I have read multiple reviews about this company doing the same thing for so many customers. Please take the required action against them as I believe there’s some fraud going on.
