Me and my friend booked Hyderabad to Delhi flight ticket using travolook.in website in the month of December 2021. Due to operational reasons spicejet airlines cancelled the flight and refunded amount to travolook website.

However, travolook didn't initiate the refund amount to both me and my friend since past 4 months. We tried contacting customer care center multiple times. Everytime we call there is a different person who receives our complaint and says that refund will be initiated within 5to 7 working days.

This has been repeating since December 2021. Everytime we call customer care we need to even wait for around 30mins to get a person in line.We raised the complaint even through email but there is no response even from them.

When I explain them this has been happening since 4months they say this time it will not repeat and definitely refund will be done. They even say that they will provide a complaint reference number through email which they never did so far.

Me and my friend are totally fed up with this process. We need someone to take action against travolook team since this is the case for few other customers as well.Please do us the needful.

I will provide both booking reference ids for which refund has to be done.

Amount to be refunded 5874 for both tickets.
