I ordered a combo product from instagram page theshoerack on 5 march 2022 and received product on 8 march 2022 . Any other e-commerce website, it displayed a thumbnail of a branded shoe along with full product details.

So, as per the details, The products were scheduled to be delivered on March 22nd , according to the order information, but I got defective and wrong products.The payment was made via cash.

I believe I have been a victim of fraud since I have been unable to contact the website's administration. The product that i ordered was not provided and one product i received was defective.

I called them from the day i received the product but now they are not receiving my calls and messages. they are ignoring me. They are only responding to the queries that are related to shopping which is definitely a fraud.

This is a cheater company because they are harassing customers and people who visits their page. They are doing online fraud by displaying the products. As a result, I respectfully suggest that you file a complaint and take the required action.

Strong and some strict action should be taken against them. respectfully urge that you investigate the situation and take appropriate action as soon as possible.
