TheShoeRack.com: Payment Not Refunded; The Shoe Rack

DEHRADUN, Uttarakhand, India

I bought shoes through this site on 16 December and shoes was reached there on 24 December but i receive wrong item and i ask for refund but i did not get any refund since 2 week.

They say you will receive your payment this week but i didn't found any refund.
