i have booked a parcel with the company named THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS . the same did not reach the receiver and when asked the company told that it has been lost and now from last 3 months they are neither giving the parcel back not refunding the amount. it is the hard earned money that is been taken by the company.
The parcel included dry fruits which were a gift to the receiver but the loss of parcel has put me in the loss. i have purchased the dry fruits for worth rs 10000. i have also paid delivery charges of rs 500.
i request you to please help me to get the refund of my money.
