A Delivery boy from Bhongiri Professional Courier daily comes here Bhoodhan Pochampally for collecting Pracels from different vendors here, i used to work with him since 6 months, i used to give him parcels regularly, so on july 2nd 2022 i have booked 2 parcels with for a same address, i have booked one parcel in the morning and other parcel in the evening.
I told him the address of pickup of products to that delivery boy, so he went there and collected and packed it, so registered 2 parcels (1 containing cotton fabrics, other containing 2 silk sarees) to same address and sent me tracking id details.
After a week 1 parcel which contains cotton fabrics got delivered to the customer but the other parcel which contains silk sarees was showing in transit still, so after a day the customer called them and asked about pracel they replied that they didn't get any parcel, so she complained to me and after that i complained about it to Bhongiri Professional Courier delivery boy and they enquired till now and accepted that parcel was missing.
So i have talked with their manager he told me to compromise and move on, am worried because the value of that 2nd parcel is around Rs.16850, the customer who booked those parcels was very much worried and she was forcing me for refund, the same when i asked that manager he was not at all responding kindly, i tried complaining in Professional courier website but in that website when typed the complaint and clicked submit button it was showing Error. Please anyone help me with this, i have every proof regarding my parcels,
i don't want to live please help me anyone
Missing Consignment Number - BGR354471
Parcel Booked at Bhongiri, Yadadri, Telangana, and delivery address was Guduru, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
Now when i tried tracking through that Consignment Number (BGR354471) nothing was showing in Professional courier website..
