Wrong Information On Tata Sky Official Website

My Internet is not working since yesterday, and when I call technical team number which is mentioned on TATASKY BROADBAND web site, The person who picked the call says this is not tatasky. LOL
How come tata such a big company cheat customers. Its a cheating with customers providing all wrong information on official website. I want action on their official web page.
