My re-location of TATAsky broadband connection to a new address (Kolkata) was canceled due to the non-availability of the router as I had already deposited the router to the tatasky agent at the previous address (Noida) and got a deposit slip from him as proof.
This was done after due consultation and advice from your tatasky agent named Ravi at Noida. I, as a customer, followed what was told to me by your agent. Now that re-location is canceled at the new address due to negligence at your end.
I had demanded a refund of Rs 590/- (re-location cost) and a refund of the remaining validity period (Mid January to March) Rs 1770. The total refundable amount due to me is 2360/-.
The customer care agents assured me on call that I will get a refund as this is a case of negligence and miscommunication at your end. The call recording has been attached to this email.
A customer care agent named Ms. Ishika assured me of the refund and said she will talk to the authorities and other agents who called after her verbally assured me the entire refund.
Please check the email attachments for proof. (25th Jan and 26th Jan 2022). Today on 29th Jan 2022, another customer agent named "Osama" called me to confirm if re-location was completed.
After so many calls, emails, complaints, the request for re-location/refund is back to stage 1 and there is no response or relief or refund from your side. Mr. Osama after making me wait on call for 20-30 mins told me that he does not have any record which proves that any previous tatasky agents have assured me a refund of the entire amount including the remaining validity period.
It's been many weeks and I am still writing emails and attending tataplay customer care calls at odd hours, that too when I have a busy schedule and job. Please don't test my patience.
The first complaint was filed on 12th January 2022 then 17th January 2022 and many more subsequent complaints and the issue is not resolved yet!
