Tata Sky: Not Resolving Technical Problem

We have raised complaint for technical issue in set of box and it's one month not yet resolved. Daily customer care call and say it will be resolved today but simply we are recharging to keep subscription but not able to see TV.

Very worst service by tata sky/ tata play. Simply they are charging money.
