I am a registered Tata sky customer and the pack I have bought includes some free channels along with the paid channels. I am able to see paid channels but not free channels and on my complaint regarding the same, Tata sky wants me to pay technical visit charges.
I called them for a free visit of the technician as none of my society customers who has Tata sky is able to see the free channels as I asked my neighbours but Tata sky wants my secretary to call for it. The other customers of Tata sky is not complaining because they don't watch the free channels.
But I have a small kid who watch Manoranjan tv channel 376 so I am complaining as I am not able to view the channel. We are already paying monthly charges for the pack but now they have stopped screening few channels and want extra income from us. If the problem would have been in my tv then I would have not able to see other channels.
But my whole society is not able to view free channels still they're not resolving the issue. I have spoken to the customer care head Ms. Roja also regarding the same stating that if the problem is at my end then u charge else pls resolve the issue but she denied to send the person with out paying the technical charges.
