I paid amount for new Tata sky dish connection, but we don't received any information to them. I called so many times to their customer care service, but they not solved my problem. I told to customer care service person please cancel my connection and refund my amount, but they said cancel department is separate to us.

I asked cancellation department customer care phone number, but they said we don't know the cancellation department phone number. So I complaint to you please solve my problem and please take action against the Tata sky network.
