Tata Sky Broadband: Technician Misbehaved Argued With Me And Was Showing Attitude

Tata Sky Binge + Sub ID is [Protected]and their technician Mr Govinda Rai who came to replace our Tata Sky Binge + device but unfortunately he came with more defective open seal reconditioned defective device and was arguing with me.

And his behavior was very bad and rude and problems not resolved but he closed the call as reported his senior resolved, now replaced device is more defective and troubleshooting.

So I asked technician Mr Govinda Rai to restore old device but again he was rude and said its your job and I wont do it and again he started arguing, so my sincere request to Tata Sky.

They should never keep technicians with such kind of attitude and who argue with customers and misbehave with customers I am totally disappointed with Tata Sky.
