Tata Sky Broadband: Incorrect Deduction

Hi this is Vinod Kumar Three months back one of your representative came to give connection for Tata sky setup box. He insisted us get to get Binge as well. The rep informed us that the Binge would be free for first month. After the 1st month I got a bill which was including my normal package and Taka sky Binge as well.

I called the Tata sky customer care. One of the guy told me that the Binge is not active on my account and i should only pay my normal package amount which was around 472 rupees. On 3rd of September 2021 I have made the package recharge of 484 as per the notification. And now they have again deducted the amount for Tata sky Binge.

I went through a chat and the call yesterday morning with your representatives and explained them the same thing. They assured they will raise a complaint regarding the same. When I called in the evening to get an update your representative stated there's no such complaint raised.

Your representatives are giving us false information. Im not using Binge from past two months. Even your representative confirmed that the Binge is not active on my account. Then how come it got activated on my account. It was such a simple process for me. Every month i was just paying my normal package price and was enjoying Tata sky.
