Deduct Amount With Addition Pack Without My knowledge

My tatasky subscriber id [Protected]i have done recgarge on 29 and 30 august rs 1344/- but as on date my balance only rs 58/- tatasky technician add channel pack in my ID with out my knowledge.
My balance amount deduct with out my permission. Tatasky technician name Sandeep mob no [Protected].
