Uneven Brake Pad And Disc Plate Wear; TATAMotors.com

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had planned for long tour from next week, before starting a tour I am verified My Tiago XZ safety points like brakes, coolant, oil & nitrogen air pressure etc.
Observations :
Driver side wheel RH Brake pad: Approx. 80% wear
Driver side wheel LH Brake pad: Approx. 60% wear
Co- Driver side wheel RH Brake pad: Approx. 60% wear
Co- Driver side wheel LH Brake pad: Approx. 50% wear
Driver side wheel disc plate excess wear as compare to co- driver side disc plate & Bolt head damaged.
As per my knowledge: Brake Mechanism that when applying force on a pedal then brake force must be equally distributed on both wheel as well as 4 brake pads & wear equally of them.
Same issues observed in Nov 2020 and raised request for same ([Protected]). I know that its technical issue. I am requesting to please study & resolve my safely point of.
