TATA Motors: Delay In Delivery Of Car Booking Name Devraj (Very Bad Services By Safdarj)

We had booked a Car (Tata Tigor XZ Blue Colour) on 16th Feb 2022 at Safdarjung Enclave Showroom and after 15 days we had a change of color ( Blue to White) on 1st March 2022.

After 3 months I came to know that the booking of the car is done on 5th April by the Showroom. Why is the showroom doing it on 5th April 2022 when I booked the Car on 1st March 2022.

it's all fault of your salesman Pramod. he did it intentionally to delay in booking.
we have received very bad services by Pramod. As per my booking delivery time is over but Car not delivered by the showroom.

We are enclosing the booking acknowledgment and letter for Change of color.

I request to you kindly allocate our Car booking and delivered within 10 days.
