Dear Hemant Ji,

Thanks for your quick response. Would request you to please explain what is the shelf life of your paintwork as I received my Car on 12th Nov'21 and it's not even 2 months.

For previous paintwork, I have paid 11000 INR around (including bonnet) and now the paint is peeling off the attached images for your reference and record. However, when the vehicle is under warranty your people linger on things and it is not blaming I have evidence, until the vehicle standard warranty lapses.

Still, I want to know how much I had to pay for this because sometimes I feel regret about purchasing this TATA Car. You people need to understand Customer satisfaction or how happy your customer is with your product or service.
