I sahil bhatia from skj industries rampura phul bathinda punjab have purchased tata ace gold Petrol bs-6 pb03bg1793 from dada motors showroom bathinda on 31 March 2021 From mr.Hardeep singh([Protected],[Protected]).
Before purchasing this vehicle mr. Hardeep has made commitment to install cng kit and full oversized cabinet with registration on r.c On this vehicle from inside the tata showroom.
On the behalf of this commitment i have purchased this vehicle. On 08/April/2021 Mr. Hardeep came to my factory to give the delivery of my new vehicle tata ace petrol with cng kit and full oversized cabinet Inbuilt from showroom.
After delivery of the vehicle i asked for bill of those two attachments done in the vehicle by the company tata itself, he said i will provide you the same within 10-15 days.
After 1 month i again asked for the bills, he again said that he will provide the bill after 10 days. I kept on asking for the same but he haven't provided the bill. After getting angry for the bill mr. Hardeep provided me bill on 15/July/2021 Only of cng kit. Still one bill is pending till now also.
The main issue is my vehicle is not working properly, While going on road my vehicle gets heated and engine turns off automatically. I am facing this issue from last 6 to 7 months.
Many times this vehicle has went to showroom for check-up but after repair the vehicle works for 10-20 days only. Today mr. Hardeep said tata motors do not have any solution for this issue, we cannot do anything for your vehicle, you can get repair of your vehicle from local mechanics.
Sir i request you to please look into this matter and give me proper resolution of this issue, so that i can concentrate on my business instead of daily repairs of this tata ace.
