I purchased my vehicle in august 2019 with registration on 26/08/2021. As per every automobile company policy the minimum warranty provides is for 2 years without extension.
But i contacted TATA in July for some warranty work and they told that warranty has expired in February which is 6 months before the 2 years warranty policy.
The showroom SAB MOTORS emailed to TATA and assured me that the warranty will be restored within a week. But now when the two years warranty has expired in august, they told that warranty work cannot be done.
This is a fraud that they have done by assuring me that work will be done in warranty after restoring warranty. Now they told that nothing can be done.
I have been going to the showroom everyday but they have been exploiting me and harassing me every day. It is a request to look into the matter at the earliest.
I have proof pf emails that i have also sent to the TATA which i will show during hearing.
