I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I recently had with your customer support of Taj India Resort - Anurag. I had attempted to make a booking using a voucher I received, only to be denied the service. This is unacceptable, especially considering the promotional materials and assurances provided with the voucher.
Furthermore, during my interactions with your staff – Anurag, I encountered misbehavior and a lack of professionalism. It is disheartening when individuals in the hospitality industry fail to uphold basic standards of customer service.I urge you to address these issues promptly and appropriately. Additionally, I am considering posting a negative review detailing my experience on Google Review, as well as seeking recourse through consumer court channels, which clearly he asked me to do and he doesn't care about the same as well.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously to remove such elements from your system and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future with any other clients.
