I cleared my loan taken from Stashfin and I did not get the NOC till now. I have raised emails to their complaint team but they respond with only one email that says email not registered we will call you. I have not received any phone call till now. I also informed that the email and the phone number I registered is not in use so they can call me on my alternate number for verification but they come back with the same email saying email not registered. Please help me get the NOC and update it on CIBIL so it doesn't impact my credit score.
