Loan Closure Not Updated In Cibil And No NOC Provided

I took a small loan from stashfin and closed it. But they never updated the cibil with the loan closure details. It is affecting my cibil score and not able to get any loans from banks.
Stashfin never responds to my email and they don't have any customer care service. They are cheating people with their worst service. I sent hundreds of emails but no response.
They even don't respond to comments in their app in Play Store. They are playing with customers and behaving like sadists. They don't give the NOC as well. Difficult to get a loan cos their mistake.

Reply After cleared all outstanding amount still didn't get any noc also everyday your customer support demand of some money's.and makes fake commitment and makes me fool that this is the last amount you have to paid and after that your all outstanding will be cleared but still didn't clear.also my loan is in written off.so kindly remove from there so I can make other loan
