My name is Abhijit Pal. I did apply for a loan from stashfin through my android phone. From your co i did receive the card along with the letter. But after receiving the letter i found that my limit on the card showing as 18000.
I activated the card. I wanted the card money to be transferred in my bank a/c. But since i was unaware as to how to do it i called up customer care of your concern. but after calling the customer care.
They are asking me to do a lot things and among them there was one person who directly asked me that do you have phone pe. they made open my phone pe and told me to check my balance.
I told them that no money credited from your end is showing and again that person told me that i will receive a notification in my phone pe and once the notification came i saw that there are 2 options showing one is cancel and other send money and your customer care officer is saying to click on send money.
And now i receiving messages everyday that if i don't repay there will be a cibil transaction happening. For your kind information sir u haven't used my card whatsoever till now and i would request you to kindly cancel my card and loan asap.
