Order a product worth rs. 1200

But in return i got 2kurtis which were completely different as well as xxl in size ,totally different from what it was shown in the picture. When i informed them of this to the customer care she was rude and told me that i cant do anything and you have to email this problem.

On email they told me that you have to selfcourier this product to our product
Now i did self courier. And after three days they returned only 1099 to another site wallet named purnoss. And this website is even more fraud i cant even order the product as there is no otp received on my phone.

Now i think i lost all my money to them.
Both of there phone no. Is switched off and dont even respond to my email
This is completely fake site, they are just looting us in name of their so called website.
