I had ordered a salwar from this site named Staery.in the send me the item in a weeks time but the dint send the item I ordered for they send me another top which was completely different from what I ordered and of a very cheap Rayon quality I wanted to give it back for that they said they deal only through email and no calls so for return.

I had mailed them and also Called them because no reply for Mails so I found their number and called a lady staff( Shreya Khanna) from there 1st spoke to me very decently and then later when I spoke about the return she 2started saying ma’am I can’t hear you properly pls send us a mail she kept saying this everything I called …

I kept calling cos for mail they stopped replying … and later she started yelling at me suna nahi kya? I was like what the hell … I said see I know you are fake company and I have recorded all your calls and mail and I will file it … she was laughing on phone and said muje bhi patha hai hamara fake company hai ji …
