Shopclues: Not responding to return pickup of product

On May 28 of 2022 I have ordered an mobile phone of worth ₹2100/- which was faulty battery not working properly I request them to return pickup and refund my money till to date they are not responding.I couriered parcel by self and they are not accepting at their ware house.Which means total of ₹2300/- loss to me.
