Shopclues: Not Refunding My Money After A Successful Reverse Pickup Of The Defective

Sir i am Sanjoy s disabled person brought a smart watch from ShopClues having order number [Protected]but i got completely different watch then i ordered so i arranged a reverse pickup.

And send it to ShopClues by Delhivery courier awb [Protected]but i not got my refund yet it is already more than one week please help.
