SBI Credit Card: Updation Of Mobile Number. Application Given Already, No Response And No Action

Lost my old mobile number and given manual application to update new mobile number. No action taken till now. The service is very poor. I am unable to login to my id created with SBI Cards since OTP will go to the old mobile number alone (not e mail) and I don't have that number now.

How can I make my payments and for this reason I am not using the cards for the last one year. I have given a written request to your representative in Trivandrum branch and they don't care about it.

I am a SBI card customer since last 11 years and this experience is disheartening. Please do the needful to change my contact number, e mail address AND ALL OTHER DETAILS ARE THE SAME.
