Dear sir SBI CREDIT CARD team harassing me last one year & penalty me 1503 without any card. I had a card from sbi credit card that was expired on March - 21, after that they not send any card to me.

On Feb I twice inform them sir I have no card Please close my account & give me Noc, their reply keep transaction with us & my address was changed they not send any card to me.

But on Apr-22 their annual fee is 500 now after 1 month they charged 1503 rupees with penalty, I send more mails to them they shows SBI rules & Their nodal Officer Mr Pritam Ghosh demand for paying that money.

In my view without any card or without using any card how I pay Annual fee. So a long harassment I knock your door. I hope you solve my problem. I m request you to solve this issue asap.

Now a days many peoples are suffering this type issue, how one common man resist this type of harassment, govt should take proper appropriate action against Specially credit cards providers, how they cheat to customers as well as common man.
