Hi I am using my SBI credit card from last month and I was informed that annual charges will be applicable next year but when the statement came there was hidden charges of annual fee.
The term annual means a year and I have been using since only one month and it doesn't make any sense to pay annual fees but when I called customer care regarding this the guy who spoke to me informed me that I need to pay annual fee now.
And after 15 days it will get reversed back to card (I also have a proof of recording) upon paying my annual fee when I called customer care again I have been informed that there won't be any reversal of fees.
So I'm going to lodge a complaint regarding the same.
