Dear sir I had issued a credit from SBI card but I did not get the credit card I did not received the credit card still I was charge some kind of charge on the credit card and after putting some kind of charge on the card in it he took the money latter.

These people took close to Rs 5000 and later me says that you will have to return all this money if I did not then those people asked I was harassed for 3 to 4 years by SBI card.

Later I told those people that my CIBIL Score is getting worse then those people have said that you give Rs 4000 to 3000 then Ridoff your case latter I Ridoff it by paying Rs 3000 to those people but still my CIBIL Score is bad.

Because of those people so I file Defamation claim on SBI credit card which I claim for Defamation from 3Years and I am making a Defamation claim of [Protected]Rs lakh on those people.
