Platinum card cancel krna hai pr krwa nhi pa rhi. Out of cost bol ke ye card bnwaya gya pr card bnte hi 5000 rs ke liye call aane lge. Card cancellation ke kitni bar customer care ko kiya pr koo fayda nhi hua ulta amount bdhta gya.
Main ek simple housewife hu jo saving krti thi usse ye account khola tha. Card amount bdh ke 5000 se 9000 ho gya. Main kaha se du please help.
