I am Basnayee Sundarsingh. I have placed an order on a website https://mango-india.com/ site. It was a handbag and the price was 2690 INR. I have purchased it on 8th Jan 2022 and the order number is #5773.
I have received an email regarding the order confirmation and also it has been written they will notify you once the order will ship. I waited for one week. But still, the status as unfulfillment was unchanged on the website.
The contact number that has been provided does not exist. I keep trying the I always get the reply the number is switched of. There is a provision on the website for contact us. I had placed the requests thrice but no return calls.
Also, I had sent several emails to escalate the matter. Some auto-generated mail stating that the delivery will be delayed due to covid. I don't understand why one month it would take.
I checked my transaction, the amount has been transferred against the Savadika Retail Private Limited company and the same address has been mentioned on the website. It looks to be a fraud company.
This company created a website that resembles mango international and cheating people. I would request you to investigate this matter and appropriate action against the seller.
