I did ordered a roadster navy blue slim fit chinos for men worth rs 949 from myntra and the seller as savadika retail pvt ltd. But instead they delivered me a totally different product of different size, colour, brand which i did not ordered. After i requested for return in myntra they did decline my request by saying resolved.

After talking to customer service i came to knew that they are claiming that they did send the right product and my image attached doesn't match with their product. Obviously it won't match because you did send a totally different product and expect from me to send a snap of right product. That's ridiculous.

Savadika retail pvt ltd is a scam company and consumer forum should take action regarding this to play with their customers. The customer care service did say that they did send the right product means they are claiming their own customer to do this petty theft. How more ridiculous.

Could it be to blame a customer for doing this petty theft or say fraudulent. You need to take the product back and return me the refund amount as soon as possible. Or necessary action to be taken by consumer forum on Savadika Retail Private Limited (apparels) and myntra for playing with their customer.
