Ordered dinning table set in 2022 November second week, and still unable to use the product because once you pay the money, you are literately on the mercy of Saraf Furniture. They don't bother when the product will be delivered, if you are lucky enough then may be 2-3 months, after multiple follow ups.
High chances that you will receive a defective product, they will arrange the technical but again after multiple follow up. Technician will fill everything with some wax which eventually comes out. And these shameless people will say they have fixed the product, nothing more or less that same problem appeared in 15 days.For replacement, I'm still struggling to get the replacement. Word like ETA or customer services are from alien dictionary for them.
