Damaged old product received. I wanted to return the product. But, After complaining on the same day, with photographs, They said technician will visit and confirm and then he will rectify the same product. Its been 8 weeks, no one visited till date. after several complaints and follow ups, they reply same computerized repetitive replies.
No one is willing to do any any after sales service. It is valued @18000. Total waste. I bought scrap of wood for 18000 INR.
NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, INSARAF.COM.
