To the Ladies and Gentlemen who are planning to buy a flat,villas being developed by Sanroyal. We had a very bad experience with this builder. Due the delay, we approached them to cancel the booking and return our money..
It's been more that 10 months but we still have got the refund. Their Sales head Rajkumar, Sales executive - Anish, their Accounts peraon Shaleem, all are liers. They are shouting at us for asking for our money back.
They have blocked my numbers and all the other numbers from which i have tried to contact them. This show that they are trying to do some fraud. To me it looks like a sinking ship. Please think twice before investing in Sanroyals!!!
